It’s very practical and useful, I got lots of tips and information that can be put to use in the classroom. I recently completed the Teach Business English course. I have recently finished the Young Learners teachers development course. My experience with Oxford TEFL was amazing, the processes were easy and they answered many of my questions. The attachment below contains a selection of autobiographical stories from current and former residents of Oxford Houses. These recovering individuals share their stories in order to help others afflicted by alcoholism and drug addiction to understand the hope and support afforded by Oxford House. Fulfilling these contracts is another way of teaching residents how to set specific goals and meet them. I have just finished Teaching IELTS course online, and I feel motivated now to teach IELTS. The materials are very valuable, it gives me a deep insight of everything related to teaching IELTS. The tutor, Tim Brown, is very knowledgeable and supportive.

The major barrier to creation of Oxford Houses is the lack of start-up funding. Most Oxford Houses exist in states where the state or locality contracts with Oxford House to provide funding for outreach workers and a start up loan fund.
